RECALL NOTICE
RH is offering consumers who purchased a 48” or 60” Natural Antler Chandelier that was manufactured per special order between September 2021 and October 2024 and have the chandeliers hung at an angle on a vaulted ceiling or a sloped beam a free in-home repair to replace the canopy hardware.
Our clients' safety is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, RH is voluntarily recalling the chandeliers in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission because if the chandelier is hung at an angle on a vaulted ceiling or a sloped beam, the chandelier’s canopy hardware can break causing the chandelier to detach and fall from the ceiling, posing an impact hazard. If you have a recalled chandelier, please contact RH to schedule a free in-home repair to replace the canopy hardware. In the meantime, please keep people out of the area directly beneath any chandelier hung on a vaulted ceiling or sloped beam.
The affected chandeliers were sold at RH Galleries and online at https://www.rh.com/ from September 2021 through October 2024, and RH Outlets nationwide from September 2021 through September 2025. Natural Antler Chandeliers that are 36”, 66”, and 72” in diameter are not affected by this recall. Natural Antler Chandeliers that are 48” and 60” in diameter that were manufactured before September 2021 or after October 2024, or are not hung at an angle, are not affected by this recall.
This recall involves RH 48” and 60” diameter Natural Antler Chandeliers manufactured between September 2021 and October 2024 per customer special order and hung at an angle on a vaulted ceiling or sloped beam. The chandeliers are made from naturally shed elk antlers and were sold in three finishes: natural, sun-bleached, and black. The 48” diameter chandelier measures about 48” tall and weighs about 40 pounds and was sold under SKUs 10036671NAT, 10036671SUNB, and 10036671BLK. The 60” diameter chandelier measures about 36” tall and weighs about 45 pounds and was sold under SKUs 10035099NAT, 10035099SUNB, and 10035099BLK. The SKU number is located on the order confirmation and printed on the receipt.

RECALL NOTICE
RH is offering consumers who purchased a Byron Reeded Stone Dining Table, Byron Reeded Stone Desk, or Byron Emperador Dining Table a full refund in the amount of the purchase price.
Our clients' safety is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, RH is voluntarily recalling the dining tables and desk in cooperation with the U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada because the tables and desk can collapse when a gap forms between the leg and tabletop and a horizontal force is applied to the top, posing an injury hazard. If you have a recalled dining table or desk, we ask that you immediately stop using the dining table or desk. RH is providing a full refund of the purchase price upon return of the product. RH is also providing a complimentary pick-up of the recalled product.
The affected dining tables and desks were sold at RH Galleries, RH Outlets, and online at https://www.rh.com/ between November 2023 and July 2025.
The SKU numbers of the affected dining tables and desks are listed in the chart below. The SKU number is printed on a label attached on the underside of the table or desk and is also printed on your order receipt.

RECALL NOTICE
RH is offering consumers who purchased a Jeune Crib the choice of either a replacement crib or a full refund in the amount of the purchase price.
Our clients' safety is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, RH is voluntarily recalling the crib in cooperation with the U.S Consumer Product Safety and Health Canada because the cylindrical metal inserts located in the pre-drilled holes of the crib’s wooden frame can become loose and detach, posing a risk of choking to young children. Please immediately stop using the crib and contact RH to arrange a complimentary pick-up of the crib and select between receiving a replacement crib, or a full refund of the purchase price.
The affected Jeune French Contemporary Upholstered Panel Cribs were sold at RH Galleries and Online at www.rhbabyandchild.rh.com from January 2021 to March 2024 in three different finishes (brushed grey oak, brushed light oak, or brushed white oak) under SKUs with the following first six digits: 113210, 113313 and 113754. The SKU number can be found on your receipt and on a label located on the inner lower portion of the upholstered panel.
If you have a recalled Jeune crib, please note the following important information:
- Please immediately stop using the crib.
- Please contact RH (see contact information below) as soon as possible to arrange a complimentary pick-up of the recalled item and to select between receiving a refund or replacement crib. After RH receives the returned crib, RH will provide a replacement crib, or a full refund of the purchase price (If the purchase price cannot be determined, RH will provide you with a refund or credit of $1260.)
